The Prescott Quad City area consists of 4 towns, each with their own unique flavors, all centrally located between Sedona, Flagstaff, and Phoenix, providing a short drive to each. Nothing is out of reach in these 4 towns. Whether you're looking for great food, exciting entertainment, a quiet life, employment, or a place to start a family, there will surely be something here for you. Varied housing and property prices, anywhere from multi-million dollar homes too large ranches at a fraction of the price, to small apartments located near the downtown Prescott area, variety is our middle name. We have some of the highest numbers of sunny days in all of America, while still having varied weather seasonally, and an overall very mild climate. The Quad City area is one of the fastest growing set of towns in America, and for a good reason. 

 

Prescott

People are drawn to Prescott not only because of its surroundings but also by its small town atmosphere and amazing history. Home to almost 50,000 residents and almost 800 nationally registered historic places, it's no wonder why Prescott is one of the fastest growing towns in America. Centrally located between Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley, anything that Prescott doesn't have is just a stone throw away. With a high quality of living, wonderful four-season climate and laid back atmosphere, Prescott is an amazing place to live, and a profitable place to work. Residents enjoy the best of both the small town world and the bustling of metropolitan life, including very low crime rates, easy commuting to and from a full range of living arrangements in various price points, excellent air quality and a plethora of recreational choices. 

 

Prescott Valley

Prescott Valley is known for its affordable housing, wonderful climate, and plentiful recreational facilities. Citizens of Prescott Valley enjoy a lifestyle that includes everything from cultural and educational activities, low crime rates and superior public service, to job opportunities and low cost, high-quality living. At a population of almost 40,000, Prescott Valley is a wonderful mix between ultra-modern and small town life. An excellent highway system makes commuting a breeze, and trips to nearby Prescott are fast and easy. Prescott Valley is a wonderful place to start a business due to its affordable properties and fast growing population. And after the work day is over, enjoy a variety of dining options, as well as a plethora of recreational activities that are open all day. Prescott Valley is also home to the largest flea-market in the state of Arizona, so getting fresh, locally grown foods and getting great deals on a variety of goods has never been easier. 

 

Chino Valley

Chino Valley is a small town with clear fresh air, pure water, wide-open spaces, fertile soil and gentle seasons. Numbering and 11,000 residents, Chino Valley enjoys a healthy economy and offers affordable land and lots of business opportunities. The town has several small shopping centers, including a major supermarket, hardware stores, feed stores, veterinarians, and restaurants along with a variety of other services, while still staying out of the hustle and bustle of larger towns and cities. Ranch life is very common and affordable in Chino Valley, but living in Chino Valley doesn't mean that you are out in the boonies; located just 15 minutes away from historic Prescott, and 25 minutes away from Prescott Valley, Chino Valley has a variety of options when it comes to recreation and commerce.

 

Dewey-Humboldt

Dewey-Humboldt is a wonderful rural town that can separate you from the big cities and provide lots of space for living. Whether you want a ranch with lots of animals, or a small cabin to escape the large city, Dewey-Humboldt is a wonderful place to settle a new family or a vacation home. Low housing costs and large acreage properties are two of the great options available to you in Dewey. Located close to Prescott and Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt has all of the amenities that you would expect out of a big city, while still being removed enough to be completely removed from it if that is what you desire.
